Irene’s Adaptive Navigation

Offers a variety of packages to fit the needs of your event:

Keynote Speaking

A classic and professional option for your next event, classroom, or program. Irene captivates audiences with the story of a young girl who lost her identity, dropped out of college, faced her demons, and went on to build a successful career as an engineer and leader in aerospace. She focuses on the tools she developed along the way, artfully weaving stories together for listeners to understand how to utilize self-awareness, self-compassion, self-esteem, and self-acceptance as cardinal directions on a compass that will lead us towards our true potential. Irene will captivate your audience and bring them on an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and the motivation to learn and change.

Irene’s Take:

Audience: This event is for college and university classes, business events, conferences, galas, and other corporate events. Audience size can range from small classroom style to large lecture halls.

Content: I’m big on interaction with the audience during keynote speaking. I share the details of the day my world fell apart, my intense journey relearning how to learn, and why I believe change is the best weapon for success. I especially enjoy empowering youth and young adults to pursue STEM education.

Outcomes: I will lead your audience to their next door and invite them to open it with courage to face
change other side.

Price: $1,500 – $3,000

Counseling Concerts

A popular option for events that focus on mental health or for audiences that love music and storytelling. Irene hosts a concert with a licensed therapist as a special guest. She introduces topics on mental health, sharing short personal stories behind her songwriting and allowing her vulnerability to create candid conversation with the therapist. After a brief conversation, Irene performs one to three songs about the topic, giving the audience space to self-reflect. Irene’s smoky vocals are unique and powerful, with a range that covers emotional piano ballads to raspy rock and roll. There is something for everyone in this concert musically, emotionally, and educationally.

Irene’s Take:

Audience: I prefer small to medium size groups as it makes the concert a bit more intimate. This event is best hosted in private restaurants, listening rooms, or auditoriums. There is natural participation as the guest therapist and I take questions throughout the concert.

Content: One of my favorite lyrics I’ve ever written says, “Some people get lost chasing ghosts in their thoughts in the walls that they’ve built in their mind…you can’t heal what you can’t find.” And I think that describes exactly what I’m doing with this concert. I walk you through the walls of my mind and sit down with the ghosts and demons of my past. I show you how I learned to engage in self-awareness without self-hatred, and how I learned to successfully navigate my mental landscape. It’s by far my favorite style of event.

Outcomes: Your audience will walk away with a renewed sense of purpose and self-awareness, and a desire to walk through their next door of change and opportunity.

Price: $3,000 – $5,000 *plus rate of psychologist

Program: Navigating Mental Landscapes

Irene receives many private messages inquiring about personal meetings and coaching on various subjects including religious trauma, lack of motivation, and general identity crisis. Irene is available to talk to you personally, sharing tools and experiences that helped her navigate through her own mental landscape. Greg receives many questions about how he was able to motivate and help Irene through her journey. Greg is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist through Trauma Institute International and is available to discuss his unique perspectives on how to deal with change and trauma through a lens of philosophy and ecology.

Irene’s Take:

Audience: This program can be scaled to any size, but no matter what it always feels like you’re some new friends we invited over to our bar for a drink and a story. This event is for an audience that enjoys learning objectives that come with good humor and real life talk.

Content: One of the most common questions my husband and I both get is, “How did you do it?”. In this program we answer that question. For me, it’s an extremely vulnerable and authentic way of letting the subject (myself) talk about how I felt as I was working through trauma while an actual scientist (my husband) is able to give perspective on the patterns he witnessed and watched me work through on my
journey.

Outcomes: Your audience will be reminded what it means to live life in the present. They’ll walk away with
a renewed commitment to teamwork and the pursuit of navigating towards self-awareness.

Price: $2,500 – $4,000

Irene’s Entropy

Garnering millions of views on the internet, Irene’s Entropy is a traveling art exhibit of letters, art, cinema, and music. Irene started Irene’s Entropy as a way of collecting stories from others who had gone through identity crisis, asking them questions on how their perspectives changed as they navigated through trauma. She then connected with an artist and art curator to produce paintings for each letter, creating a gallery of real and raw stories that emotionally captivate audiences with visual symbolism and varying art styles.

Irene’s own letter is captured in a self-titled rock and roll album with ten tracks—the lyrics depicting the pain and power behind her emotions that drove her to learn and change. Instead of paintings to depict her letter, Irene has written an ongoing script of music videos for each track on the album, taking the viewer on a journey through the doors of her mind and into the landscapes where she learned to navigate her emotions.

This powerful art experience is paired with a concert from Irene, leaving the audience with an empowering message and thoughtful representation of what it means to face your demons and overcome obstacles.

Irene’s Take:

Audience: Best for medium to large audiences. This immersive art experience is perfect for galas, conferences, art galleries, and unique private parties. Allow your guests to peruse an art gallery during cocktail hour, followed by an intimate concert during dinner.

Content: This is my story in purest form. It’s rock and roll, it’s art, it’s laughing and crying and being courageous enough to talk about my demons to empower the audience on their own journey.

Outcomes: An incredible music show, and an audience that is ready to face their demons and walk through the door that leads to a new landscape of opportunities. My message is simple: to learn is to change.

Price: $3,000 to $10,000 *Depends on the scale of concert and set up of gallery
